Section 3. Manage the Operation
Having carried out the analysis you must now list what needs to be done to ensure a safe outcome to the work operation. For example;
Are all of the workers aware of what can cause them harm and what they must do?
Do you know what training is needed?
Are there written safety instructions?
Do you know who has responsibility and for what?
