  When is a review needed? 

Like every aspect of your work safety needs to be continually managed and improved, as necessary. It is important that a time or circumstance is set for reviewing the effectiveness and the efficacy of the management controls.

 NOTE 7:      Believing that you have a safe workplace is a sure way of ensuring that you have not. Familiarity leads to complacency leads to controls not always being followed.
